OS Roundtable: Be Thankful Edition

By now, for those OSers who keep up with our content, you should have an idea about our staff. We love sports video gaming just as much as the rest of you, but we also enjoy spending time with our families.

So let's take a break on the gaming for a couple minutes and see what some of the OS staff does on their Turkey holiday.

Usually spend quality time with family. We have a huge family so everyone always comes together to catch up since most of our schedules conflict 90% of the year.

The young heads like my cousins and myself, we end up playing video games after we eat. Often times, it turns into a huge competition in which I have to dumb down my NBA 2K play so it'll be more fun and less of a dictatorship.

The weekend hits and we'll sometimes hit the park to school some clowns in a couple games of basketball. And by school some clowns, I mean we go and make ourselves look stupid because of how tired we are haha.

All in all, it's the one weekend out of the year I can really enjoy with most of my family that lives down here. I wish everyone everywhere could be with us, but Skype'ing family from afar is just as good given the distance. Hopefully everyone in the community has just as good a Thanksgiving as you all. Be safe out there, everyone.

Just had Angioplast on Wednesday. Not allowed to do ANYTHING for four days. Finally decided to get my Madden 32 team franchise past the exhibition season. Just finishing up the Saints/Titans game.
Figured good as time as any to go on a video game binge! LOL

ThanksGiving is an all day event.
I have a huge family. It alwasy includes, sports talk, watching football, going outside and playing football with the younger generation.
If we have time well spend time gaming. It usually starts with basketball but the younger kids end up hogging the gaming system, and it varies, pending on which brother or sisters house we go to.
games go from basketball, to shooters to eventaully some kiddie games, cause my relatives are strict about tehe kids playing violent gaming.
I should be responsible that way also, but I cant seem to cross that threshold. maybe when my daughter gets older Ill probably care. .
