So I know that when you get a new recruit in Dynasty and then change his equipment that his tendency usually changes automatically... but if you don't edit him at all will he stay the same tendency that he was when you were recruiting him? Thanks guys!

Thats incorrect. New recruits automatically change tendency when the season starts. Yoy have to manually edit something to restore the original tendency. It doesnt happen everytime. 2 of the 3 tendencies switch, based on the position
