I have started on a 2011-12 roster file for the xbox 360. I downloaded rsr33 file as a base roster. I spent the last couple days editing and tweaking the teams in the 6 power conferences and America East. Ive tried my best to implement season averages into player ratings for more of a sim experience. I recommend you sim a season to see what I have done. You'll see a lot of upsets in the NCAA tourney due to the mid major schools not being fixed. I plan to work on the major and mid-major conferences next.
This is not yet a completed file but it's in the works. I am open to feedback and suggestions and if you feel a player deserves a better/worse rating let me know...
