Automatic field goals and extra point attempts for the cpu?
 

What the heck is up with that?!? This is something that I have felt for years needs to be addressed. Even with using various slider settings found on this site, and I really appreciate all the hard work that jistic and noal put into testing those settings, the cpu STILL makes EVERY field goal and extra point attempt against me. Mostly, when playing the computer I play in coach mode, so I would expect a little more realism there, but that's a no-go as far as what I am talking about here. Playing this game against my wife (she's a damn good female, video football game player), it's a lot more realistic when we kick the ball.

I haven't had this problem as of yet in my Pats franchise. In week #2 vs the Eagles David Akers missed two field goals, one for 39 and one for 42. There was a 7 MPH wind but I don't think that was a huge factor.

Yeah we care, even had like 3 threads in the past week about it I think thats why no one has really responded. Serch last few pages and you should find it.

cpu has missed a few fg's in my franchise as well

I see them missed all the time...its when they are on the 25 and decide to punt.....

lol yeah i see them miss too...and also hate seeing them punt when they are within range....hmmmmmmm!!!!
