1.04 patch for non xbox live

Is there a way to download the latest 1.04 patch to transfer to my 360? I'm not able to get on live at this time, or in the next few months...

There is a way to get it if you don't have live.

having a problem with trying to use Horizon.. keeps saying file is corrupted..
