My online dynasty is in the preseason stage and I'm the commish but when I try to sign in it will load the file the it says connection to the server is lost. It does this every time. Any way of transferring the commish to someone else even if I can't login?

No. You'll probably have to restore the file from a backup. All preseason stuff will need to be redone, and you'll have to reinvite all players. It SUCKS, but thats the solution.
My OD had to do the very same thing this season.
FYI, all players coach prestige will reset to D as well. -
