Has anyone found a sweet spot?

Low - There is like no movement other than small time clubs and sub 80 players.

Medium - Good movement, but some weird transfers Xavi to Manchester United/Real Madrid/etc. AC and Inter Milan selling their whole defenses, etc.

High - I haven't tried yet?

Which one do you find the most pleasing/realistic?

I prefer low, even though the movement is low it eliminates most of those weird transfers. High, is very unrealistic I set it to this by accident one season in BAL mode and saw crazy transfers.

Yeah I like Low the most. I was just wondering if I had some bad luck the few times I tried Normal. With the weird transfers. I imagine High makes everyone into Manchester City? LOL

More then 1 Man City? Not good... I personally like normal, cause it lets me make transfers easier.

I think low is too low but normal has too many. I think I'm going to do high during the summer and low during the winter.

I usually leave it on Normal. Low is too low IMO.

Same here. Low just didn't have enough movement for me. Normal is okay, but some moves don't make a lot sense and it always seems like the same guys keep transferring (Maicon,Reina). I prefer having some movement and seeing the new faces in new places.
