PS3 Roster Sharing

OK so i've read in these forums that rosters sharing is disable again this year on ps3.

But i have been testing for the past weeks a way to workaround. And i have been sharing my rosters with 2 of my friends now via dropbox. Works Good!

Don't know if anybody wants to test it?

(p.s.1: in my rosters i edit the potential of the prospects and even create ones that are not in the game for the 2012,13 and 14 drafts plus create the most important players that plays ushl or ncaa and put them on their chl teams that they have been drafted or ahl teams. Euro roster aren't done except future nhl draft players are in)

Sounds promising. How does it work exactly ? I might be interested to see if that works. I'll probably make my customized rosters too, with many prospects for the future draft, and I would like to share them once they're done... If it works obviously.

It works like mattg or petrpuck at the time with the files PS3> SAVEDATA> BLU....(rosters).

So create on a usb or ipod(work as well) the PS3 file and in that one another file called SAVEDATA. Put the download file in the last file.

To send you the file go on dropbox.com, create an account(2 Go is free)
Send me your email in PM so that i can shoot you the roster.

When you will receive it download the roster on your pc and copy the file thats name BLU.... in the SAVEDATA file of your usb, copy it on your ps3 and your ready to go!

its the same thing as before but i send you the roster via dropbox

I just received the file and did what you said. I then copied the file to my PS3, and opened it in game, and to my surprise, IT WORKED PERFECTLY. This is great news for roster sharing on PS3 I guess !

So to my understanding you are fixing up the rosters throughout the game exactly as they should be up to date?
Can I please check out the roster also. If it is good I will give feedback, if bad I will try and help you fix it.

Yes you can, and its not only me that can share,so i can give you my roster and you give it to bob and him to gerry no problem so its not only me

not really i have changed a couple of guys overall but my main focus is draft and be a gm so i don't have the same lines as in real life at all.
My main goal is to tell that PS3 users can share their rosters!

Doesn't work for me. Says the "EFFECT..." file may be damaged or corrupt.

I opened the dropbox....dragged the "BLU.." file to my desktop. Placed that in my SAVEDATA folder. Copied over to PS3 (even saw the NHL icon). Started game..first prompt says data corrupt...then couldn't load rosters.

I had the same problem at first, but I'm pretty sure I found an easy work around.

Can someone with Mr. Pace's rosters give me something unique to his roster(created player, player rating, etc..), so that I can make sure I was actually able to copy his roster.
