UFC 145 - Montreal
It's looking like Jones will be in the main event vs. either Hendo or Evans.
Jones says he wants to fight 3 or 4 times this year and wants to fight very soon. It looks like the plan is to have Jones vs. Evans if Evans wins and is healthy. If he loses and/or gets injured, Hendo is going to fight Jones. |
Re: UFC 145 - Montreal
God I pray that it's Evans. Can we please just get this fight? Christ.
Hendo, wait in line. And you know what, that's gonna be too quick a turnaround for Evans. Unless Evans gets a quick stoppage... |

Unless Evans suffers a major injury that will put him out until May, he should get the next shot. |
Re: UFC 145 - Montreal
At this point it's starting to certainly look fishy.
Dana needs to realize that fans want to see this fight. IDC that Jones wants to get back in the cage ASAP. Who gives a ****. You wait to see if Evans beats Davis first. If Evans loses, then sure, give Hendo the shot. But Evans doesn't deserve this treatment. It's getting out of hand. |

I hope it isn't Hendo. Besides that big power, what else could he bring to the table to beat Jones?

Re: UFC 145 - Montreal
Wouldn't be surprised if Jones wasn't on this card in the end
“We’re working on it now. We’re going to obviously see what happens in this Rashad fight at the end of the month. The next fight on Fox, Rashad is fighting (Phil) Davis, so we’ll see what happens there,” White said on Tuesday. “If Rashad wins, if Rashad comes out injury free, we’ll get the Jon ‘Bones’ Jones/Rashad Evans fight going.” http://mmaweekly.com/dana-white-rash...nes-jones-next |
Re: UFC 145 - Montreal
If you look at the other cards and injuries, Jones fighting someone is the only main event fight they could book for this card.
I would be stunned if it isn't Jones vs. Evans or Jones vs. Hendo. |
