I even set the game speed to as low as 30 (I use 33 most of the time), but the scoreboard at the end of the game/quarters is way too high, I even try to play slow (using 24 sec shot clock, running long plays, bringing ball up court slowly, etc), and I still get 140-130 every game, and its not just me, I play All Star and the CPU gets too many points too, very unrealistic, and its really hard NOT to make a shot on both ends of the floor, any help? Should I set everything to Real Player % and then everything would be harder to make? Even my sliders has shot success all in 40s not even in 50s...

NBA 2k12: Scoring is too high/easy for every game?
I use 12 minutes quarters, so I can get realistic stats, playing time, etc

Slowing down the game speed makes the games last longer, move it back towards 50 and your scores should come back into a realistic range.I use 12 minutes quarters, so I can get realistic stats, playing time, etc

If you want to see the effect really easily, put it on 1 min. quarters and 0 game speed. I had one, 1 minute quarter last about 1 minute 50 seconds.
When started my association i had game speed at 50 and thought scores were too low. I backed it down to 45 and most of my games are in the 80-100 point range, with the exception of the games where it seems like the CPU puts a lid on the rim, those will be games where the score is in the 60-80 point range but it happens rarely and usually when I'm playing back-to-back games.
Sorry, if my reply came off rude, it was not intended to be that way."You come at the King, you best not miss..."Comment

I have mine set to 45, but it depends on the sliders you're using to determine what speed works best for you to get most realistic results. Lowest I've seen in the slider section is 35(which is too slow for me) so somewhere between 35-50 based should get you the results you want, you'll just have to test it and decide what feels right for you."You come at the King, you best not miss..."Comment

Cool thanks. So games at 45. I use hof sim. So lower player speed = lower score?I have mine set to 45, but it depends on the sliders you're using to determine what speed works best for you to get most realistic results.
