Dynasty with Shuffled but realistic Big 12 Conference

I got bored with my Hawaii dynasty with default conferences and tried something new. I selected Kansas, figuring I would see if I could bring the Jayhawks to the national spotlight consistently. They had a big year a few years back, but are for the most part a mediocre team at best.
In doing so, I got creative with the Big 12 conference.
I brought in some teams to create some interesting rivalries according to location. After all, it makes more sense for teams in the same area to be in the same conference right? So I brught in Iowa and UTEP to make an even 12 teams.
I then divided the conference to East and West, the teams are as follows:
East
Baylor
Iowa
Kansas
Texas A&M
UTEP
Colorado

West
Colorado State
Iowa State
Missouri
Oklahoma State
Texas
Texas Tech

Of these, I kept the Iowa/Iowa State rivarly, Kansas and KSU rivalry then created some new ones between Baylor and A&M, and the "Battle of South Texas" rivalry between UTEP and Texas. I think this could make for some interesting games! If anyone has any feedback, by all means feel free!
Meanwhile, I kicked off the season last night with the Jayhawks. I hope to utilize workhorse Sophomore Tailback James Sims to run a hybird west coast/Smashmouth offensive scheme, going back to the classic college football days
After going 3-9 in 2010, I sure cant do any worse!

I'd swap Missouri and UTEP. UTEP being in the East division when they're all the way in the west doesn't make much sense to me. I also don't understand where Colorado State came in. Or Colorado for that matter. And you don't have K-State listed, or Oklahoma.

Anyway, the MU/KU rivalry > KU/KSU. MU/KU is what you should be keeping, not KSU/KU.

I wanted to try the "in-state" rivalries which explains KU vs KSU as is the theme with the other teams. I also have OK and OK state....sorry forgot them....was goin by memory. The reason for Colorado is they have been a Big 12 member for a while, and CO State was included due to the theme with in-state rivalries. Like I said....I figured I would try somethin different. El Paso and Austin are both in the far western boundary of the conference, so I had to choose. A horse a piece I guess...
