    30-Team Control Raptors Association

Hey guys, finally decided to start my Association.

I randomly selected my team by going to random.org. I selected a number at random 1-20. If the team got 1-10 they were still an option for my dynasty. If they got an 11-20 they were out.

After 7 rounds of awesome randomness, the Toronto Raptors edged out the Dallas Mavericks as my franchise team!

Looking at the Raptors, I was not extremely excited. With Jonas Valenciunas coming in a year there is a lot of potential with that team, but unfortunately 2011 looks rather bleak.

I decided after much deliberation that I would sim the entire 1st season completely, but still update by making trades/contract extensions and what not.

I have just completed the first season and am about to begin the playoffs, but first I thought I would recap the year that was, 2011.

It only seems fitting that in a season that was 100% simulated the Oklahoma City Thunder and Miami Heat meet in the finals and the series goes to 7.

I decided that I am going to watch the final game and take pictures and videos to upload and share!

        It's Half-Time in Miami...

Solid first half of basketball. The Thunder trail the Heat 43-46.

This game has turned into a 1-1 battle between Kevin Durant and Dwyane Wade. Wade had 15 in the firs half and Durant led the way with 20.

Watching this CPU vs CPU sim made me really feel like I need to share the experience with you guys.

I taped the final 2 minutes... Check it out! (It's probably better to watch on mute)

Well it's time now to get right into the Offseason!

Dwyane Wade won Finals MVP (I can live with that).

Hornets looking like they could have a really solid team. Two top-ten picks will really help them.

Just a little recap from the 2012 NBA Draft. It was a surprisingly quiet draft as many teams held their ground.

Biggest surprise was when Boston packaged their 2 first rounders together to swap spots with Utah and grab Doc's boy Austin with the 12th pick.

A ton of player movement was made in the offseason so I thought I would brief everybody on each team's current roster situation...

Not too many changes in Philly. Another year of progression for their young wingmen should lead to another return to post season basketball. The 76er's are very excited about the talent they acquired through the draft in Quincy Miller, and Damian Lillard. Hoping that the two will be able to make an impact in Philly down the road.

Similar to Philly, the Bobcats did not make very much noise in the offseason. Stuck tight to the players they had and drafted a nice PF prospect in Henson. The team seems destined to be a fringe playoff team unless one of their current players can step their game up this upcoming year.
