    CPU clock managemnt ruining sliders/game

It makes no sense 2 me that EA cant mae the CPU aware of the time or situation of the game ...... 2 me its ruining the overall game for me .. maybe they need the acc clock like madden 2 get rid of these issues

it irritates when teams like alabama rush 2 run a play

I know that you believe you understand what I think you said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you said is not what you meant.

It get son my nerves as well. The CPU snaps the ball with so much time let on the play clock that you're forced to play shorter quarter lengths. The time remaining on the play clock for the CPU should be relative to the time the user sets for quarter length OR give us the Madden Acc. Clock.

But these are too easy and makes sense so EA probably won't do it.

Both of you are on drugs

If the cpu snaps the ball quickly how does that equal shorter quarters? If anything you get the ball back quicker and have more time to put up points thus making it longer for you with more TOP.... Just sayin.....

Yes it does get irritating when the CPU goes 86 yards 17 plays and only take off 1 min 46 secs off the clock because they snap the ball with 34 secs left on the play clock. Most of the time with 2 mins left they can be up and still rush to the line and snap it before it ever reaches 36 sec left on the play clock. It just one of those things you have to account for when you chose your quarter length.

That's the problem. I don't want my time of possession to severely outweigh my CPU opponent. I want realistic CPU strategy. If my offense is high octane there is no CPU opponent that wants to run the ball and chew clock to keep my offense on the sideline. It really just adds to every CPU game feels the same.

It has to be more balanced but I dont want the CPU chewing clock. Then I will have run more plays with a smaller ToP and I don't run no huddle by any means. I think snapping around 15-20 would be cool.

I understand now what you guys are saying. Its too bad we cant change the cpu setting with the clock like we can as users. IE: Conservative or Aggressive.

I play 7-8 min qtrs. At least give us a choice of how to set CPU clock management. it can't be hard to do.

I play 6 minute quarters in ncaa, in madden with accelerator clock I play 12 minute quarters. Why does the cpu call a TO with 2:01 left in the half? Spike the ball after a first down? Run a hurry up when they are ahead and should be chewing the clock. I have come back on the cpu cause of their poor clock management.
