You can unlock Jim Plunkett in the dynasty mode thing too. I think there is a 3rd player as well.

I unlocked Archie with the USC game and the other two with the other two games, but I don't remember which is which.

I unlocked Plunkett after the Kansas State-Baylor game and Tim Brown after the Alabama-LSU game.
