Thanks for the video Steve. It clarifies that there will be an online franchise in Madden 13 where you can have 32 owners like Madden 12. Or you can mix-it up and have a combination of players and coaches.

I love how you can go online or offline with this. Gives me and all my friends more of a reason to play together, now EA don't screw it up and remove it for no reason next year.

Now I may be the 1st to say it but that's jus dumb having players playing coaches so while a users stuck on man lock you still have to play a coach who can play offense n defense which is just plain stupid.

I understand that you wouldn't want to play that way but how is that "dumb" for gamers that choose to do it? Some people may actually prefer to just be an on the field player while others may want complete control.

I disagree about it being dumb since it's optional.

You do realize you can join a players only league or coaches only league if you want right?!?

Anyone else see the description for the "balanced quarterback?" It said they would fit well into almost any defense. Might want to change that.

I'm very excited for this mode. It seems like it's going to add a ton of replay value and be very deep.

Loving the menus in the game. Like how you can see your team's stats if you are a player. May actually decide to play in an online league this year.

I'm loving what I'm seeing from the game this year. Unlike the last few years, it really looks like they've put a lot of effort into these new additions. Finally, this game might have some depth to the features. Something it's been lacking for a very long time. "More work than we've ever done before." I believe him when he says that.

I wonder if you start as an undrafted running back if you'll only play a small role in the offense. That would make more sense than you getting the majority or all of the carries.

My score for Madden 13: 4.5/10

3 points for graphics, 1 point for the passable commentary, and a half point for the boxart. I can give no further points since the all over the place gameplay would ruin it anyway.
