Expedition Mode!

Anyone else enjoying Expedition Mode?

As an offline FIFA player I am actually quite enjoying Expedition in the EURO 12 dlc. From a fantasy standpoint it's actually really fun building a team of my favorite European footballers. The mode allows for kit editing after every match if you so desire, also.

I post regularly on the EA forums and I'm one of a small handfull of people posting who are having no technical issues with the dlc and actually enjoy it.

Once EURO is over and the dlc price eventually drops i suggest trying this mode.

I pretty much only play online... but this mode looks like it will take TONS of games to even get to a team featuring known players. Not a bad concept though.

Beating certain teams have already given me a good start. I don't waste too much time playing the bad teams, but play the stronger ones 2-3 times each to get good players.

Sure, I guess it could get tedious after a while, but i haven't gotten bored just yet.

I doubt I'll play enough to finish the picture though, but I'll probably go for the "beat every team once" achievement.

I'm used to playing Career Mode, 10 minute halves, so the 5 minute halves I play on Expedition go by pretty quickly. It would be better if you only had to play each team once, but I'm not bored yet so it's been worth it for me so far.

Enjoying it as well. Been playing with my Euro FC team. Started with Huntelaar from the Netherlands. So far, I've been doing pretty well beating some very poor teams. I've picked up three great players from Austria. Going to play Belgium next. Germany is my group, so it'd be really nice to get a few players from them.

I do wish we had the option to pick the players we were given from the teams we beat. I don't like being given one player with no option to change.

Just lost a thriller to Slovakia, 7-6. I came back from 5-1 down to tie it up and set it to an extra period. I scored first, but conceded my 4th!!!! penalty kick for some bogus penalties. Ended up losing on a weak header. Then the game froze. Very frustrating game, especially the result.
