Ever win the Homerun Derby?

I was invited 3yrs running in my rtts. First yr I choked in the first round. Only hit like 4, and was put out.

Second time I make it to a tie breaker after the first round, and again choke. Lol. Jose Bautista and BJ Upton are in the finals. Upton hits 3, Bautista hits 4 in a row to win.

Third yr I get to the final round. Nervous as can be. Start off fast with about 5 in a row, before using up about 6 outs. But I end up with 11. I forget now who I was up against, but I went first. I don't sim ahead, I just watch as he gags, bad. He hit 9 in a row to the outfield wall before swinging and missing on the final pitch. 0-10. I felt bad for him. Made me feel like I really accomplished something to win it after 2 failed attempts.

Cool. Did you use any certain technique? Do you power swing or just use X?

i just used X button, but my first couple times in the derby I choked in the first round. For me it definitely felt different than a game.

I won once out of three tries ( 36 Hr's for three rounds ) with my RTTS player ( Me ) & I won once with Albert Pujols.
