Looking awesome! I just hope we have the ability to create online leagues, and they add the ability to practice/tune online pre-race like EA did. If that turns out to be the case, I see some fun times ahead!

Looks good graphics wise but I sure hope damage was turned off because there was some good contact in there but didn't not see any sheet metal bending.

The last version of this game was horrible, and I love NASCAR. Traded it for Dirt and never looked back. I'll never trust these guys again. Waited way too long for promises that were never fulfilled.

I posted this over on the NTG:IL forums yesterday because they were saying the same thing there. Damage was on and is visible.

The thing I didn't like is that with a hit that big, Gordon should've spun or wiggled.

Still don't see the right amount of damage for the collision.

And I have said that ever since Papyrus stopped making games. It seems like if you touch a AI car they auto correct and it looks weird. I understand an amazing save every once in a while but every time is annoying.

I am not saying I'm going out there to spin people out but when going 180-200 mph and you get into someone's rear quarter panel they should spin not just go into a slide and correct.

Looks good. Graphics look good. I like how much brighter it is. I didn't seem to notice the AI cars suddenly slamming on the breaks for no reason, so that's a major improvement right there alone. Even after the patch it still happened alot in their first effort. Just wish the release of this game wasnt so far away.

Great post...generally sums it up for me.

I'm still alright with the release being in the fall, as I want this game to be RIGHT and a major improvement over NTG11. So, take your time, Eutechnyx.

As to braking on the straights, we could only really judge that it's fixed by seeing several laps at a speedway, not a short track. I HOPE it's 100% solved for this version; I know it's something they are working on per the 'fix list' I've seen at their forums.
