I noticed that some of the time when scouting, you dont have to use as much time to scout the player 100% EX: if you can only use 40 minutes to finish scouting the player, if you only use 30 minutes to scout, it will still scout him 100%. It doesnt work every time, but it works enough to be worth it and you can use that extra time on another player
