Does your letter grade reset each season
 

In Dynasty I was a C grade after my first year as DC. Signed with a new team as head coach and then my grade was down to D before my first game . Does your grade reset to D every season? Are you only graded for one season's goals? In my second season I won my first three games have no losses.

I believe it resets every time you sign a new deal. You basically have to earn your job security after you sign a new contract. I found it weird in 12 after I'd coach FAU to a bowl game and win etc I'd signed an extension and my securing was like 54%.
