Connected Career Commishioner Options

What options does the commishioner have before they start an online connected career? Our league is trying to get the details ironed out before the game is released. I wasn't sure if anyone knew all of the details or not. Any info would be appreciated!!

Are we going to be able to adjust both the User and CPU sliders? And I know if players play good they will progress and their ratings will improve, but if players dont play up to their abilities will their ratings drop some?

Yes we are able to edit user and cpu sliders. And from how i gather it if a player fails to meet his goals he will regress.
