    Double TE Sets?

Does it work? Im looking to start a new franchise today and just wonna know if i have 2 good TE's that could catch the ball all day w/ or w/out pressure? Will it work?

You can make it work pretty easy...there are a lot of good routes in singleback big...well, almost any big. I think the Pats O had some shotgun 3 wr 2 te sets that are nice too. There are a lot of good, fast TEs out there who can catch. Be curious to see what you end up with.

There are quite a few good playbooks that thrive on 2TE sets - like the Broncos and Colts, for example.

Anything can be beaten, but sure, it can work really well. The question is: can you work it?

They can work pretty well and you can even create a few nice plays in the editor to make it more effective.

If you want to take advantage of two TE's like so many teams are doing now.. this game was made prior to the switch in the NFL and so you really have to create a playbook to have it work as well as people would want.

In the end... if you create enough of those sets, make the ends the primary targets, you'll have a pretty effective offense albeit not explosive.
