Any good PC NFL game (mods,addons...)
 

Hey!

Long time sports simulation games player here, but never any american football which i really began to like lately.

I am kinda lost with all the different sub-forums and was just wondering if there is any good game to play some football on PC? Any newer games or maybe some old ones which are still popular and people make new add-ons, mods, rosters...?

Madden 08 (PC) is pretty good with the right mods. Last time I checked, you could get it for $5 on Amazon.

I didn't enjoy 2008 as much as I enjoyed 2004. 2008 has a lot more mods though.

I have 04 and 08.. Grafics are Good in 08 but as for on Field REAL Gameplay 04 is it.. check out this site..www.footballidiot.com

you might be able to play the PS2 version of NFL 2K5 on PC using pcsx2...I don't know how well it runs..but I wonder what other stuff someone can mod on it...its not originally a PC game, so i'm sure it would be limited...but I wouldn't be surprised if a programer was interested in it, he/she could do some stuff.

someone made a mod for 2k5 so its 2k13 now. Up to date and as realistic looking as can be expected. I dont know if there is a xbox emulator but if there is, Id try to buy that game and get that. You can download the roster from a post on this site I think... Either that or google it. Xbox was way better than ps2 for that game. You could even put your own music into the game as long as it was on your hard drive for xbox....
