Custom roster for offline career mode?

    Custom roster for offline career mode?

    I am trying to use the custom roster I saved and when asked when I start an offline career mode if I want to use the downloaded roster I select "no" and yet when I finally pick a coach and go to my team the roster is not the custom roster I made. So I go back out to check to make sure it is using my custom roster and it shows it is the default roster on the main screen. Why isn't the offline mode using it then as the default roster?

    When I select "yes" to the downloaded roster it is actually the same roster as the one I selected "no" to load for the franchise mode.

    What am I doing wrong? I don't care about online play or online careers. I appreciate any help.

          You CAN NOT use custom rosters in CCM

              Why can't we use custom rosters for offline franchises? What is the point of being able to edit players before your start a career then if you can't save the changes?

                      Presumably for "Play Now" mode. Having not played a "Play Now" game in something like 10 years, I'm only assuming it still exists.

                          So you can't edit the rosters before you start a career and I knew from previous interviews you can't edit players during the career? Wow. I guess if EA is completely wrong on players (and it has several Falcon players completely wrong) then we as players have absolutely zero recourse to editing the players as we see fit? Sweet fancy Moses. This is progress?

                              I always lurk and never post on here, and feel like too many people complain about too many nitpicky things...

                              however, i must post to say this...

                              Not being able to edit rosters at all, in or out of offline franchise mode is absolutely horse**** and a horrible decision by whomever.
