Do ratings adjust without XP
My question is I know you use XP to increase player ratings and I assume old players decline but do young players stats increase on there own or only through xp? Also if say you have a rookie WR and you use xp to upgrade his catch by 2 in season from 75 to 77 then go into yr two were his catch would be upgraded auto from 75 to 80 does it end up being 82 or still only goes to 80 and you wasted your XP?
I am only in week 8 of my first CCM so thanks for the help |

Anyone know?

I don't believe so, that's what the big deal about the xp and being able to use it anyway you wanted to. At least that's was EA's marketing has told me.

This is how EA has said the xp system would be from the very beginning. |

Re: Do ratings adjust without XP
Players do automatically progress/regress each year but not as significant as previous Maddens. The biggest change you'll see in OVR is 1 or 2 points. Not 5-10 like last year.
Best thing to do is save for the development trait on any player under 26-28 years old. Then work on progressing them in the second or third year depending how long it takes them to save 50,000 XP. [I think that's the cost] |
