Can you increase a players confidence in Connected Careers? Also, do the "Throw the ball away trait" and "Sense Pressure trait" worth using your XP on?

So, for example..you can't get Tebow a more confident player? Maybe if you improve his Consistency it would go UP..(No Clue)

I'm pretty sure consistency and confidence are one in the same.

The throw ball away trait would be worthless to get since you would be controlling the QB, but sensing pressure makes your controller shake.
