Ive been playing Madden 13 online since it came out, and just today i got a msg saying this- We're sorry but you are not permitted to register an online pass which is required to access all online features. For more information, visit easports.com/onlinepass. I checked the website and couldnt find anything that could help me. Have any of you had this problem, and if so what did you do to fix it? the last thing i wanna do is call EA because theyll just tell me the same thing they always do- "go online to Maddenforums.com" Any help would be appreciated.

I got this today also, after I had an Xbox update. Try this it worked for me while the game is on sign out of your profile then sign back in and it should reload every thing. Since I believe the online pass is tied to your GT/psn id.

Happened to me a few weeks ago. Called ea and they had me clear the system cache on my Xbox. Worked fine after that.Comment

i keep getting the msg u need to reinstall your online pass everytime i go online it quit for awhile but last 4 times it's back like bad rash gets annoying after awhile.Comment
