Probably week 6 after the trade deadline. But I could be wrong. Never kept up with updates last year.

if your talking playnow/online its every friday morning..... if u mean CCM it comes out tomorrow i heard but after that who knows.

Has anyone answered why it is necessary to have two separate roster updates in this game?

not really sure the only difference i know is one can be edited and other can't.
