Can't resign player, -1360.2 mil in cap?

So I try to resign my players in week 2 season 3 and for some reason, my cap number is showing that I'm way over cap. I have 10 mil in cap space however. Is this a bug or how do I fix this so I can actually offer my guys a contract?

Did you fail to negotiate with him already?

Otherwise, it actually says you don't have the cap room or what?

It says he's ready to renegotiate but it doesn't even let me make an offer. If I go to my team's financial page it says I have 10 mil cap? I'll post this in the bugs sticky, my bad.

I had that exact same value in my cap & could not resign my own players throughout the season.
Seeing as we both got the same number, it must be a bug

My God im also playing as the chiefs in my CCM....

Seeing as we both got the same number, it must be a bug

Or it's there because you have to use the negotiate UI in the actions? If he is ready to renegotiate then you wouldn't do it from the screen in the screenshot.

It sounds like a bug, or it sounds like trying to do someone on a screen you can't and it can't tell you why.

I've tried to resign in every way possible. I can pickup fa's just fine. It's definitely a bug.

This just happened in my rams ccm I guess it's game over :-(

Btw it doesn't reset.. I had to quit even at the end of the season still had the negative cap

What about when you got into the next season, did it fix itself? I can still sign players, just not resign any of my own.

Simmed to end of season and now I'm 1370.6 million over the cap. This is ridiculous. What a complete a waste of time. Any chance a patch will fix this later on?
