WHERE IS THE CLASSIC TEAM NEWS?

The game is a week away and 2k has yet to give us a list of all classic teams and players as well as letting us know if there is goiong to be another "NBA Greatest" play feature. Lat year classic teams,, features and DLC was awsome was hoping they would build on it even though they are going with more current cover ect. If they only adding Dreamteam and AI Sixers this is a big let down. To have the likes of Michael Jordan and company on your game and for them not to build on the classic teams and players even if you want to focus on current players is going in opposite direction in my opinion. I dont use current players just classic teams and I am sure many out there feel the same. At least 2k could have just given us a list of returning classic teams

Already been confirmed from several articles - all of last years classic teams are back, along with AI and the sixers.

They confirmed in the Conference Call last week that all the 2K12 Classic Teams would be back as well as the 01 Sixers. I dont think they will add any more teams. If so they would of been announced months back.

What about the DLC players from last year also what about NBA Greatest mode is any of that being brought back. Like I said it would have been nice to get some "insight" on all players teams and if there was going to be a mode for classic players this year instead of having to weave through articles and what somebody else found out.

No legends mode or greatest mode has been announced. And as for the legends DLC - I hope to god all those players are included in 2k13 or i'll be pissed!

the guy answering the 2k13 question said no greatest mode, only new classic team is the 2001 sixers, and the DLC legends arent in the game.

So that is the reason they didnt announce anything lol.

I think the NBA Greatest mode went along with the theme of last years game with Mike, Magic, and Bird on the front cover. This year its about the current players. As long as they keep the claasic teams in the game and add a couple every year, im cool wit dat.

There is a FAQ/QA thread that's stickied you know. What we know is in there.

The have made no announcement of the DLC players and that, to me, tells me they aren't in. Maybe there's another DLC coming later inthe year, but who knows.

As stated previously, all the teams from 2K12 are in the game but there's no special mode for them.

Yeah, since they have Dirk Nowitzkis and Shaq's best games they probably have some teams that we don't have in the console version.
Very strange indeed.

My guess, and this is just a guess, is that they will feature something like Greatest Games in 2K14 were you can replay a multitude of player's greatest games.

i don't understand why they put the '01 76ers if there's no team to match em up with .. in 2k12 , most teams had matchups like the Sac Kings and the '98 lakers ( even though thats not the correct matchup lol ) and Run-Tmc had many '91 teams to choose from ..
