Various PC users with the game are confirming that MyTEAM isn't even in the PC version. The first hint we had was that it wasn't in the PC version featureset in the 2K website, but I was hoping it'd be a mistake.

So... besides the All-Star Weekend, the DD debacle, now one of the main game modes, one that had its own frickin' Developer Insight, is just not in the PC version.

It really seems like they're trying to kill the PC version. There's just no other logical explanation for all the antics.

They want your money, just not your opinions or feedback. I'm guessing we're 2-3 years from NBA 2K not even releasing on PC based on trends from other sports game publishers.

they want are money, but they want the money for both they want the people who also have consoles to buy it for the 360 or ps3 so they take things away so you will go buy it for the consoles and then buy it for pc for the graphics and mods.

It would just be nice if they could\would for once clarify all the differences between the versions properly.
Right now I am in a fit regarding the core game play - how can I know it has not been messed with?

they better stop selling the game on PC srsly ... i can understand missing DLCs ,update 3 months after consols and bad online, but REMOVE A MOD ????? REALLY ! to bad i preordered the game because if i knew that ... it won't make me spend money on my 360 believe me. Even if the gameplay is way better than it was last year, PC version of the game is getting worst year after year

The only thing who make me wanna play / buy this game is mods so thanks to modders, i'll never buy this game on 360/PS3 with all these ugly cyberfaces and wrong colors on jerseys / courts and these ugly graphics

I'm trying to find things to keep my head high.

- Gameplay, animations and controls seem awesome from what I've seen so far.
- Online probably will suck again this year, so even though I'm angry at 2K for not giving us MyTEAM, it would probably be unplayable. Not that this is an excuse for 2K, this is an excuse for me in order not to feel as bad.
- We'll have modding. Some things are easy (many of the 2K12 tools work with 2K13), some will be hard (new roster format, settings file contains sliders, etc), but if you're either a modder, or a PC user, you're bound to have another exciting year.

If we managed to keep our interest high in 2K12 with Ultimate Base Roster and the rest of the mods, I really believe this is going to be an even better year, after the initial frustration goes away.

It's an interesting, exciting prospect for me. And I'll try to remain positive.

I'm happy w/ the game, even if I had to pay an extra $12 to get it here today. The improvements over 2k12 are substantial.

Once I changed the control scheme to Absolute instead of Camera relative on the control stick, it was night and day. I love it. Able to pull moves that I feel like I"m in control of. Not to mention, the blocks/defense are great. Spacing seems much improved.

I did just go 8/8 from 3pt land w/ Granger in my last game, including some nasty heat checks from 3-4 feet behind the line.

Also had a nasty poster dunk over Anthony Davis w/ Paul George.

One thing that stinks is that the highlights for each player at the end of the game seem to be gone. Just the player of the game.

^^^In the console version people were saying you had to do player highlights from the boxscore now. So you highlight the player and hit X, I believe. Hopefully that's the case for PC as well.

I've seen reports that they're moved to pressing X while having a player highlighted in the Box Score. Tried that?

Leftos, the fact that the game plays extremely well should be enough to keep your head high. I'm loving the gameplay this year.

And Kyrie is a monster...Love playing as dude.

whatever 2k is doing to pc gamers, i still consider playing a basketball game on my pc a blessing, as i don't own consoles anymore and i don't want to own them in future. modding is always the answer, i can't even imagine playing a vanilla videogame anymore!
