Anyone figured out to hit the "Shammgod" ???

I've been searching & searching for how to hit the crossover that God Shammgod made famous.. Has anyone figured it out yet, or know if it even exists in this years game??

If you figured it out let me know what player you did it with and/or what dribbling package it is in & what combination it took to do the move..

I would also like to know as well. I pulled it off with Tyreke on 2k12 so I might have to go into freestyle practice mode with him and try.

I don't think I've seen it this year either. On the flip side, I seem to be seeing a lot more of this move (but off a live dribble), for which I'm not sure how I feel:

The move above seems to be more easy and common to pull off than perhaps it should be in 2K13. On the flip side, I think variations of the Shammgod should be more readily available.

On a related note is it possible to make a Shammgod CAP? i remember in previous years the language filter wouldn't allow God as a name. If it is now possible are there any good looking ones on 2kshare? im really only looking for a fairly accurate face, i can rate him myself. Or h*ll a CAP of him with a completely different name to fool the language filter that i could just rename after downloading.

im going to make a CAT that basically will be a best of the early-mid 90s Bullets and i wanted to have Shammgod as the twelfth man for added fun. But alas face making is not a skill im very strong in regardless of the game or face creation system. : (

Wow this seems too long. So basically any good Shammgod CAPs out there, even if i have to rename them? thanks.

How do you do it? I've never seen someone go behind the back on the post.

^ You can do that with players under 6"5 in 2k13. Post up, do a behind the back move while stationary.

How do you do it? I've never seen someone go behind the back on the post.

Oh, well I was just referring to off the dribble. Players in 2K13 will be dribbling then slowly turn their back to the defense and perform that maneuver.

I've done the "Shammgod" a few times with my MyPlayer ,but can't hit it at will. I'm on the Magic and due tothe braindead CPU most of the team left in free agency and we didn't pick up a sole, so most of my moves from my PG are frustration moves as the shotclock winds down. If i'm going 1 on 1 i'll just try random crossovers to create some space and get off a desparation shot and i'll end up with the Shammgod sometimes. Never been able to actually study my movements and figure out the exact move ,but just can't.

Sorry to quote my own post, but as the weeks have gone on, I've realized more and more this move is way, way, wayyyyy too common. It appears to often be one of the primary moves of each good handling guard, akin to a crossover or behind the back dribble. It's strange to see it happen so often.

It's not possible in this one because of the dumb RS change.

If only they gave us an option to switch between old and new controls this year..

I hit it today at the gym and made some kid fall on his back...

But really though I have been trying to pull this move off in 2K since the day I got the game, it almost looks like I would be able to do it when Paul or any other fast pg throws the ball out in front of him to sprint, but I cant pull it back quick enough or change direction.

Anyone else figured it out yet?

To do the Shammgod you must

1: Get someone with the "Elite" ESCAPE dribble pull up.

2: Have a live dribble.

3: Make sure you move your dribble to your dominant hand.

4: Hold the LT and double tap the R-Stick to the LEFT.

For example do Steps 2-4 with Tyreke Evans or Chris Paul and I will guarantee you will do it.

Edit: Unlike in 2k12 however the escape dribble pull ups can't be cancelled. So once you do it your dribble is done.
