High Motor package!?

Can you not purchase high motor on LB/CB rookies? Just did a draft and it is available to purchase on my RE but not the LB or CBs.

Not that I am even sure what it does.

It forces the player to constantly move towards the ball-carrier.

More specifically (and the reason it is so ridiculously good), it makes them get off the ground 2-3x faster after a pancake. Typically if a player gets pancaked, or blocked out of the play then they are done, however with HM they often get back to make a play on the ball.

I have the option to purchase this for my SS that is ranked 88 as a rookie first game ever played. Should I purchase this first or the big hitter trait? He already has 90 hit power

To me it seams pretty random. I can get it for some and for others not. Same with big hitter. Got a lb with the big hitter but cant get the high moter one and he doesnt have it already.
On another player cant remeber the position but he has the high moter but i cant get the big hitter one.

in my offline CCMs i always do clutch first if i can, especially with secondary. Then consistency and whatever trait i think they would benefit from most. I would do big hitter before high motor for SS
