Chicago Blackhawks Game Sounds
 

Hey gang!

I was wondering if anyone had any game/stadium sounds for the Hawks? I'm not too good at gathering these things and just want to make the United Center as realistic as possible, since this is the most real hockey I'll have for awhile:bil:
I appreciate anyone's help!

I have Blackhawks offplay (which includes authentic organs) and music for penalties, so enjoy (besides their intro and horn, of course).

The intro music you can find on youtube etc. It's called "THE ORCHARD". Everyone gets it confused with what the Bulls play.

It's a bit hard to find these days, but a GREAT option is the CD "Fire and Ice" by Frank Pellico. He's the long-time organist for the Blackhawks, both at the Chicago Stadium and then the United Center. The Hawks use a lot more popular music these days, but for a long time, it was almost exclusively organ. The CD really brings back memories for me...and I'm not the type to sit around and listen to organ music.

I actually have this CD. And a crazy story to go along with it. Many years ago I was looking for an organ version of "Here Comes the Hawks" to use as the goal song on an NHL game (maybe 2003 or 2004). This was before the days of Chelsea Dagger. Well, long story short, I ended up calling the United Center thinking it was a long shot that they might have an MP3. They said they didn't but for me to give them my name and number. I did and I thought that would be the last of it. Well, low and behold, two days later Frank Pellico calls me. I tell him what I'm looking for, he get's my name and address and sends me the CD. Every time I hear his name spoken before the games I always think, "hey, I talked to him." Ha.
