You can't; once you play MyCareer offline, you can't go back to VC on that file.

wtf!!! are you serious! why the hell would they do that i didnt even switch it their servers was down and switch it over

I agree, 2k dropped the ball on that one. But as far as I know, there isn't a known workaround.

which they will tell you to make a new mycareer and start all from scratch, that means the vc you used on your previous mycareer to upgrade your attributes, animation, and signature skills are wasted.
