I haven't really given it any thought... but after reading this it reminded me that it took me several weeks to move Romo from 8k to 10k (and I remember this because I left his points there so I could up his consistency, and it just seemed to take forever to get there).

Maybe I just didn't realize that he wasn't gaining the deserved XP.

I'm only gaining xp from practice none from my games. Sound like we r having the sme issue man.

Great now I am seeing in my other league that none of my guys are gaining xp

im only in year one, with about 7 games in , and i too have noticed my QB is SLOWLY gaining XP compared to the rest of my offense really.

Same, using Tebow and all my XP comes from practice.

If you're not a starter you won't get XP from games, unless it's preseason.

Oh, then I have no idea. My 2nd string gets XP in my Packers CCM.

Are you hitting your team and player goals?

That I am not.. But a 200 yard performance and 2 td should get some sort of xp right?? Or do team goals matter that much?

Just had Brian quick have a 100 yard 2 td performance and got zero xp again Bradford had 350 yards 5 td and only 4000 xp this is crazy

You can see the specific goals for each player for each game in CCM. If you don't hit those goals you don't get any XP at all!

So if your goal for the QB is 250 yards... and you only get 249. Well, tough luck!! You don't any XP.

There are career related goals, season specific goals and finally goals for each game you play.

You can find the goals under the "More" tab in CCM.

I mentioned this a month ago. It is not just QB's because I had receivers do this after updating the game. I removed the update and the XP issues went away. I also noted that players are not showing up under the "nfl" stats area. My 2 top receivers show up under AFC East when I look at stats, however when I try to compare them to overall NFL stats they would not show up. Its a bug because once again when I deleted the update they show up fine again.

Its EA releasing a game that is not finished.. like they have been doing for 15 years in every genre of games. EA sucks.
