please help

do all these slider sets work for when your just the player in CCM. ive already found good sliders for when i control the whole team, but what about sliders for when i'm just one player?

yes. you just need to find one you really like, and then change the quarter length to around 7 minutes and set the acc clock at max. try that and see what happens.
