Option File - Merging 2 into 1 ?
 

I found an Option File that has everything except the MLS League. Otherwise I found another Option File which has MLS.

Is it possible to merge these Options in order to gain best of both worlds? When I say merge, is it an easy process or do you have to rebuild the entire file?
