Am I victim of my own sucess in "My Career"

I really need help in My Career mode, I'm not gonna bore you with my stats but the gist of it is I'm a 6'7" "3pt Specialist" Point Guard but after a series of trades I'm the starting 2 guard on the Knicks. I average the most minutes on the team(37mpg) and that has really hurt me the last game and the forseeable future. The coach refused to sit me in the second half even though I became winded with like 3 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. I basically played the rest of the game with the gatorade symbol. As you know, when you're fatigued there really isn't much you can do 100%. I tried to intentional foul...and they wouldn't even call it!!! LOL

This is the last month of the season and we are tied for 1st place in the Atlantic division. If I just dog it and try to get F's we will probably lose and have a bad playoff seed. What should I do?

invest some skill points in your stamina and work through it. Don't see Kobe complaining about too much time :P Just gotta have that star attitude

Yes, that was going to be my first question, how high is your stamina rating? I could see the coach being programmed to play you and assuming you'd have a stamina rating to withstand such PT.

Well, 1st thing. I am not to partial to "a series of trades." When you think about it, what rookie gets traded a series of times much less at all in one year when they're having so much success.

But other than that. What I did when I got fatigued was maximize my production by not sprinting nearly as much, taking care to only spront when it was ABSOLUTELY necessary. Which I know, being a PG it's hard because you run breaks.

Increase Speed (So you run faster WITHOUT sprinting)
Increase Stamina (Max out for me is 95 and it seems to help out.)
Grab the Gatorade Pack Sig Skill (I Don't play 37 minutes, i'm a sixth man but this is AMAZING when you can play your butt off in the 1st racking up stats without getting tired at ALL.)

Other than that, I got nothing. You just have to slow it down a little.

            Max stamina.

            Play little defense.

That's what I do and I have all the energy I need by the end of games +OTs

Well I was traded several times because I requested a trade from the 76's because I was tired of playing behind Holiday. Then I demanded a trade from the Pacers because I didn't want play behind Augustine.

I guess raising my stamina is the answer but I think I still need to sit occasionally during the course of the game. I can't 40 mpg, every damn game and still have energy at the end of the game. I can't go 1/2 speed! I guess i'm just used to being a reserve and going 100% then coming back out the game for the starters. Now that i'm ”The Man”...even over Carmelo(which is ridiculous IMO) I guess I have to tone it down a little in the 1st three quarters, then go full tilt in the 4th.

Max out stamina and get the Gatorade sig skill under "others" for 50 VC that means you dont tire in the first quarter

You can still go 100% without using the sprint button.

Only use the sprint button in desperate times.
