My Gameface Coach is bald

I'm using my gameface for a coach. On the coach editing screen, he has hair, but in a game, he is bald. This happen to anyone else?

What else is new lol? My player no matter what I do ( i took a clean shaven pic) has a douche bag line beard and bad hair.
