Whats the best defence to run? I lose alot of games cause im always doing something wrong of defense.

Straight up the best defense to play especially online is 1-3-1 but if your playing the cpu offline play man because the AI will kill you with shooting in a zone

Make sure you play the passing lanes to intercept passes in 1-3-1 also like real life make sure you make the other team take jumpshots no easy baskets in the paint so user your center or pf stopping the inside abuse

It also depends on how the opponent is playing but like I said if they're trying to abuse the paint 1-3-1 if they're shooting 3 all game man d but mix it up depending on who your playing
