MyPlayer changes since release?

I played 2k13 a little around release but was unimpressed overall with the mess MyPlayer was at the time, despite the promise it showed. I figured I'd wait until Black Friday to consider buying it and see what updates had been made then. Seeing as how BlackFriday is coming up soon, and probably a bunch of others have the same idea:

-Can play vision be seen by non-PG players? As someone who used play vision and not PGs in past games, it's absence really hurt the game for me.
-Has the VC system been tweaked at all? Is MyPlayer progress any faster than at release, without playing tons of blacktop or buying VC? (Not looking to start a discussion on the merits of VC system, just wondering if it's seen any tweaks since launch).
-Are there still game-breaking / incredibly annoying bugs seen regularly?

Any thoughts from those who've been playing regularly the last month+?

Sixth Man bug is big. I had a big game and stole the ball, but I hit x again too late and launched a full court shot by accident.

I lost three minutes from the rotation. Doing anything wrong has severe consequences.

VC is still slower than molasses. I'm nearing 85 now, though. After three seasons.

Play Vision is really broken right now. Not going to mention it.

Game is broken, I enjoy playing it, but it's frustrating often.

3 years and going for 60 to 85 is pretty good if you're aiming for realistic

Good news is that the devs know about the bugs and a patch usually comes end of Nov or early Dec. Bad news is we don't have patch details yet. If your're getting the game on black friday, go ahead. Its a solid game for even $60.
