Switching Between Player and Coach?

I can't find the option on how to switch between a player and a coach? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am dying to start playing CCM!

C'mon man, when you go to start a CCM it's obvious, you get the option in the first or second screen.

I didn't mean right when you start up. I meant during the season. That's what I was asking. I see where I can "retire" an actual NFL coach but when I did that it took me out of the league.
