Create a Coach in Owner mode!
 

If you want to create a coach in owner mode, all you have to do is in your first your of Franchise mode CAP.

1. Make him 45 years old and with alot of expeirence.
2. Give him a Offesive POS if you want a Off minded coach or give him a def POS if you want a defensive minded coach
3. If you go with Defense make him a MLB. Offense either QB or WR
4. Only make his AWR a 99
5. Sim a few season and by the 2nd or 3rd year he will be in the coaching market
