    (Fast) Player Growth?

    I am seeing some rapid growth in some of my players very early on in my career mode. I only just passed the closing of the first summer transfer window, and I already have three or four guys showing +4. It is mostly in the 20-24 year old range (so - that seems reasonable). None of them are scouted players - just "regular" guys who were on my default roster. I am using a team in Bundesliga2 - so my players are all "low 60s". I actually play all my games - no simming - but even some players who I have not yet used in a match are showing some +2 growth at this point.

    I realize that I do not want to be seen as complaining about this from both ends, but, in FIFA12, the growth was *really* slow, and it seems, in FIFA13, the growth is *really* fast. I think I would be totally content with some "medium" growth.

    Any thoughts?
    New to FIFA23 ... did not care for FIFA22 ... after having played FIFA19 for the previous three years!

      It does seem that every lower-ranked team gets very high growths, Even the old players get growths.
      Kinda makes the game too easy despite any way you're playing it though.

          I don't know if that's fast growth. I have a couple of players at +4 but most at +2. My old guys (30+) don't improve they just stay at their rating.

          Btw I'm using York city in year 2 now in n power league 1.

              It's not really *that* bad. At least in my experience, over time, there's still proportion amounts of 90s, 80s, 70s, and on. Players seem to grow somewhat randomly too. But yeah, I highly doubt any of your 60s will reach even close to 80 (thought there are exceptions)!

                  Has anybody seen good GK growth? I have a GK that started at 72 with 90-94 potential and he's only at a 74 after 2 seasons. (He's played almost every match)

                      Gks almost seem like they are using the fifa 12 growth system lol

                          GK don't grow as much until they're older. GK's don't peak until their mid 20's to early 30's IRL and it reflects that in the game.
