Quarter Length needed to get between 110-130 plays in a single game while playing APF
 

I know that 15 minutes per quarter on the play clock with accelerated clock will yield the correct amount of plays, but that takes two hours to get through one game.

I was thinking 12 minutes with accelerated clock or 10 minutes with accelerated clock turned off.

I realize that if there are a lot of passes thrown, that the play count will be higher (130-140); and conversely if the teams share an abundance of rushing plays, that the plays will be lower (105-115).

Any help is appreciated and please share you experience(s).

I used 12 w/ accelerated clock in coach mode and it works just fine I think.

I use 12 min w/Acc. clock on and I get the correct amount of plays (110-140) depending on how the game went.
