How do you leave a team and join another. I am currently with Chargers but only want to be here 2 or so years, thanks.

You need to create a new coach, you don't keep your stats or your upgrades.

If you demand release what happens then? That option not highlighted during season! Can into get sacked either then?

It seems if you demand a release you only get offered the bad team jobs, regardless of the stature you have built your team up to. You will find a coupe of threads on here about people expressing their dislike of this feature. If you want a specific team, your best bet is to retire and start a new coach

I am happy taking poor team over as I like to rebuild teams, sounds good cheers. Now to await the demand to leave option to appear.
