Coach Mode?

I have read all of these posts mentioning coach mode. What is it and do you like it?

For those of us who are no good at the sticks, aka thumb jockeys, coach mode is the way to go. All you do is get a gameplan and call the best plays for your players to succeed. Sit back grab a beer and press X.

I love it. I am in my third season in an online coachmode dynasty where we all had to start as coordinators at a 1 star school. It is my favorite dynasty by far.

It is like golf though. There has to be integrity in your game. You can't take control ever. The losses are hard to take, but the wins are great.

I found a very good base is Sydeburnz' heisman hum v cpu and tweak as you desire. You can find them in the slider thread. I've had a lot of fun with them.
