Hands down, the EASIEST shot release in the game. I found it in 2K12 in an effort to recreate Jose Calderon's shot in NBA 2K10. The shot is arguably the quickest shot release you can find in the game. You can literally just cough on the shot button and it would be a perfectly timed release every time. Give it a shot. It takes a little getting used to but I found it to be deadly in MyCAREER. Run to the right wing and take a quick 3 = money every time. Even with a man in front of you, it almost doesn't matter if you time the release perfectly.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about, Jose Calderon had the quickest shooting release in NBA 2K10. They later changed it but his shooting release was so easy, it made shooting 3 pointers in the game a breeze. Try it out, you might like it.

I think it does matter. I used to use a generic shot (99 3PT rating, 99 shot in traffic, 95 shoot off dribble, shot creator, deadeye) and I would get a maximum of B+ for threes no matter what. Wide open, perfect release, right on the line, and I would still be a B+. I changed my shot recently and I started being able to get A-. I don't know if it's possible to get an A or A+ from three pointer but I believe the shot you have does affect your success shooting.

It does matter.. and Mo Williams' shot is super sexy. Try it. You'll love it. SO easy.
