I certainly LOVE all the teams there is right now.. I think its time for some new ones to play with... so in that case... here's some of the teams I would love to see:

There's certainly so many more I could put... I put a ton as it is.... but yeah definitely some 50s teams get Cousy, and Pettit etc. in there as well...
I know about the disc memory and stuff but honestly I wouldn't mind paying 15-20 bucks to get another game that just had all these teams... Comment your guys' teams you would add!

As i've said before, I would pay big money for DLC that added on classic teams, I don't play with current NBA teams at all and only purchase 2k for the legendary teams/players.

Here's hoping 2k are still going to honour the classic teams in their next game.

I agree completely... I played that Legends Showcase from 2k12 so much! It was the best.. and then the ability with those glitched rosters to play against current teams? It was my heaven... c'mon 2k!!!

People can add these teams in custom rosters. I'd rather 2k concentrate on making the game itself more realistic and fixing all the bugs.

Perhaps on a pc they can. And the game plays just fine for some of us, I have no issues with the game at all.

For people like me on PS3, I don't want to resort to having to 'create' players to use. You can't get accurate faces/bodies etc, plus short length plays a massive factor, plus team jerseys etc.

For anyone who loves Classic Team's and has a halfway decent gaming PC I recommend picking up a copy of 2k12. The ultimate base roster mod is amazing.

I would love to get this, but sadly I think my PC would catch fire If i tried to run it. It's a good few years old now and sounds like an old man bending over to pick up his walking stick.

Plus I think the transition from 2k12 to 13, back to 12 again would be a little akward!

If 2k doesn't want to spend time and money on more classic teams ( since there are important issues like more different clothes for myplayer, 720 dunks and more playable pop stars), it would be great to at least have more than
10 slots for create-a team. This and allowing to use real team
jerseys/courts/logos for created teams would make it much easier to do retro mods.

Lol, don't get me started. The money they wasted on getting Jay Z and useless celeb players could've been invested in more classic teams. Hell, I would've preffered they ditched the trash DLC allstar/dunk and 3point contest this year in favour of more legends.

Completely agree with many of the opinions voiced here.

And let's not forget the impact this has on the MyTeam mode, which is basically just a way to make your own CUSTOM team, with a mix of current players and legends.

I found myself playing MyTeam almost entirely for the legends...and to create my own custom teams of legends.

Like others have said, I would much rather see more legends and classic teams than see 2K put in a bunch of rappers, singers, and other "celebrities". Or see them pay Jay-Z money in order to let him pick a couple songs(mostly his or his friends...so they get PAID), find a few artsy-fartsy graphics to overlay on the menus, and allow him to then put his name on the game as "Executive Producer" of the game....which basically means other people do this stuff and then run it by him for his stamp of approval.

It's a JOKE.

How about instead giving players what they WANT and make a truly ground-breaking product in the process....?

The main teams I'd like to see added would be teams in the 2000s era of the NBA like the 2000 Raptors with rookie Vince Carter and the We Believe Warriors from 2007. If there could only be two added, I'd go with these teams. A young, athletic Vince Carter and Tracy McGrady would be awesome to play with in 2K14 not to mention a high rated Baron Davis and Stephen Jackson from the 2007 Warriors.

Well Jay-Z got Barkley on the Dream Team and possibly in the future he could get more legends to sign on....
